Join the Southern Stardust Big Band for our annual showcase event – the Valentine Dinner and Dance! Enjoy a savory buffet dinner, then dance the night away to Latin, Waltz, and Swing music from the golden age of Ballroom by our full 18-piece dance orchestra.

Dinner: 6:00
Dancing: 7:30 to 10:30
- Full buffet dinner with Prime Rib au Jus carved to order, Roast Chicken, Roast Duchess Potatoes, Fresh mixed vegetables, and 6 assorted salads
- Dessert buffet with Assorted Austrian Cake squares, including Chocolate-Hazelnut, Black Forest, Carrot cake, and Sacher Torte
